When asked a little about herself Elizabeth (Lizzy) explains that she is currently helping community members navigate the resources available to them in the mental health field.  If you're looking for help, she is the woman to connect you to it. While she pursues her master's degree in Clinical mental health, she is looking forward to the day she is a Psychotherapist assisting those seeking to expand in their mental health. Some of her previous experiences are as a high school educator, working in multiple domestic violence shelters, as well as working with child protective services. Each has contributed to her passion to reach those searching for mental health.

In the middle of 2020,  she and KK started a podcast called Tea Time with the Psycho’s because they love hanging out, drinking tea, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
When she is not podcasting she is at home in her robe reading, lounging on the couch, and hanging out with her pets! She may even be outdoors metal detecting, hiking, or kayaking with her "hot stuff of a fiance".

You can find them both on the website as well as more about their services and the podcast!
